Browsing the preparation library

You can browse categories, preparation points, and articles without providing your name or email address. The current preparation library does not ask you to submit personal answers, upload documents, complete a contact form, or enroll in an email list. Keep medical, financial, family, and other sensitive details for a private conversation with a licensed attorney.

Technical website information

The hosting service may record technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and request times to operate and secure the website. Website administrators and service providers may access operational records as needed for maintenance, security, and troubleshooting.

Outside websites and legal plans

The View plans button opens Logistically Life’s separate LegalShield Marketplace website. Instagram links open Instagram. Those services have their own privacy practices and terms. Information you provide there is handled by those services. Review their policies before sharing information or purchasing a plan.

Operational records, existing comments, and correspondence are retained as needed for website operation, responding to requests, and applicable obligations.
